Spec product renders for the OP-1 by Teenage Engineering. This is one of my favorite pieces of musical hardware. I’m a huge fan of the detail, functionality and beauty of this Synth. This was an opportunity to work on lighting, texturing with Cinema 4D and RedShift.
From the Teenage Engineering site:
“The OP-1 is the all-in-one portable synthesizer, sampler and controller. with additional features like usb audio, a built-in FM radio and an assignable G-force sensor for motion controlled effects, there's nothing quite like it.”

Had the opportunity to work in collaboration with Hip Hop artist CyHi on Music Video for his new single “Mr. Put That Sh*t On.” The first single from upcoming album “Mr Egot” featuring Pusha T.
I designed and animated the main titles, starring titles, analog glitch sequences and pyro/fire visual effects.
More info from Hypebeast:
CyHi is currently in the process of creating his upcoming project The Story of Mr. EGOT, a concept album that will follow “the fascinating journey of Philip Michael Thomas, an accomplished American actor and musician who coined the term ‘EGOT.’” The artist further added, “Despite his remarkable talents, he has not received nominations for any of these prestigious awards. Mr. Thomas’s impressive career includes starring roles in the iconic 1980s TV series ‘Miami Vice,’ a captivating performance in the 1976 film ‘Sparkle,’ and memorable voiceover in the video game series ‘Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories’ in 2002 and 2006, among other achievements. Each chapter in this narrative pays homage to the art of storytelling, offering a unique perspective on the life of Mr. EGOT, all through the imaginative lens of Cydel ‘CyHi’ Young.”

Pyro Series is a personal project study. I really wanted to tackle pyro inspired gfx created using a 3D workflow and treated to look analog, organic and hand drawn. Using anime vfx, graphic novels, cell animation and traditional animation as reference, I utilized Cinema 4D’s Pyro simulation engine to craft these pyro simulations and then treat them in post for the final touches. Really enjoyed blending aesthetics and trying out new processes.
Our team at Amex OnBrand Had the pleasure of designing of the 2024 trophy for The American Express Tournament at PGA West in La Quinta, CA.
I worked in tandem with designers to concept, draft and produce several design directions that reflected the tournament and Amex brand in noumerous ways. The TEA team ultimately wanted a trophy design that stood in it’s own category of Golf Trophies and that had a close tie-in with the tournament’s history and tradition.
We pitched a minimalist approach that pulled inspiration from hole 17, also known as Alcatraz. Depicting this hole on the trophy serves as a testament to the players and spectators that bear witness the talent and focus needed to succeed on this hole. Our team had to work around several design constraints pertaing to the material and manufacturing process.
My role as 3D artist was to draft, model, animate and render our trophy designs as close to real as possible. We went through a lengthy process of design evolution collaborating closely with Waterford Crystal, experts in the creation of crystal trophies.

For the release of the 2023 Bentley Bentayga EWB, our team at Iris Worldwide brought to life an interactive biometric experience that demostrates how the vehicle’s new features relax and rejuvinate the passanger's body and mind. This meditative experience traveled accross Bentley dealerships nation wide alongside one of the first Benteayga EWB production vehicles, shipped from Bentley Crewe headquarters in England, to make it’s debut.
For the in-car biometric experience, the passangers wore muse headsets that would measure their brain activity as they relaxed and tried out the new wellness features of the Bentayga EWB. This data was then translated to real time, code based generative animation, crafting a unique a visual experience for each user. This was all possible by our collaboration with tech driven creative studio DPT, who built and developed the framework for these experiences.
My role as senior designer was to help craft the look and feel of the digital experience as well create elements to support the in-dealership experience. This included look development, storyboards, animation, and helping art direct all visual elements.

Holiday IDs for Turner Classic Movies. Following their recent network rebrand, TCM wanted some fresh holiday IDs that utilized their new aesthetic as well as celebrated the holiday season. The Icons ID incorporated icons derived from classic holiday films as well as their "C" icon variations. The Folding Cards ID incorporated their "C" icon variations as folding card banners that reveal windows into classic movie footage. The combination of their new aesthetic and classic films gives these IDs a modern but classic feel.
